Rules & Regulations


No student shall be allowed to simultaneously register for a law degree program with any other graduate or post-graduate or certificate course run by the same or any other University or an Institute for academic or professional learning excepting in the integrated degree program of the same institution.

Provided that any short period part-time certificate course on language, computer science or computer application of the Institute or any course run by a Centre for Distance Learning of a University however, shall be excepted.


The students shall abide by the Rule relating to the dress code as prescribed by the University (BCI : D296 / 2015 Item No.45 / 2015_D / LE Mtg. 18-10-2015)

For all     : white shirt with trouser (white /black / grey).

For Girls : white saree with black blouse or white salwar suit.


Every academic year the first semester generally commences in July concluding in November/ December and the second semester commences generally in December concluding in April. Any changes prescribed by the BCI/ University shall be followed.

The College is a full time college. The curricular time table hours shall be as per the general timing for conduction of LL.B. course prescribed by the Bar Council of India Rules of Legal Education, 2008 Schedule-III(5), hence subject to change. The students admitted shall have to abide by the timetable and such changes as and when made. The students of LL.B. are requires to attend all classes as per the time-table and fulfill attendance and other requirements as per the University/Competent Authority rules.

The terms kept by a student and recognized for the purpose of examination shall be as per the University rules prescribed from time to time.

For compulsory Clinical Course Papers and other curricular and co-curricular/ extra-curricular activities, suitable changes shall be made in the schedule from time as per each course requirements.

The college has Legal Aid Centre, Grievance Redressal Cell, Committee against Sexual Harassment of Women and Anti- Ragging Committee for appropriate redressal of student’s grievances.

Safe drinking water, parking facility with special provision for the physically challenged and canteen facility are available on the College Campus. Only two-wheelers of students are allowed parking on the campus.


The students of the College must read carefully all the notices put up on the Notice Board of the College, regularly and ignorance of any notice will not be accepted as plea at any time.
